- EFErica FurmatoMar 8, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable and honestly bizarre experience at this store. As soon as I walked in, a middle-aged employee began following me around the entire time, watching me very closely and looking me up and down as if I was going to steal something. The store is quite large, yet she continued trailing behind me the whole time. Another employee eventually joined her and they stood nearby rolling their eyes and watching me from behind racks. Neither of them greeted me when I walked in — not even a simple hello, which is usually standard in a boutique. The store itself was also very strange. About 90% of the items literally say “surf style” on them, most of it made in China, and the music playing in the store kept repeating “surf style, surf style” over and over. It honestly felt like one of the weirdest, most awkward retail experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t shop here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Not only could I not return the t-shirt, but they wouldn't even let me exchange it because it was past 7 days. Unbelievable!!! I was never told about a no return policy or is there anything posted about it, nothing about only 7 days to exchange either. With such extreme policies, customers should be aware of this before they buy!!! Will never be back! Don't buy anything here! Treat your customers well and your business will do well!!!
