  Love this location, always find the cutest tops here and i was able to grab a pair of work pants! The workers and owner are so kind and helpful, love the environment :-).

  Every time I try to sell it with his closet, a false advertise that needs to be sold. I called the store and everything in the world and I live 40 minutes from this location. They gave me three dollars when I had designer shoes that were brand new and hardly worn. When I asked why they seemed completely unhelpful and brushed me off. I do not recommend this place at all. The clothes are cute but the experience of selling was so upsetting and a waste of time I cried in frustration after leaving. Definitely had to leave a review of this.

  Very horrible service and rude! It's not diversity if you know what I mean! I took two pairs of shoes there and 3 pairs of jeans to sell with them and they told me the shoes wasn't in style which they were Jordans, name brand!!! And they can't stay they don't take them because I have sold Jordans to them before!!! and the other jeans well I guess wasn't either because they only excepted one pair of the jeans! It's not about the money, but I mean I would want what something worth what I am bringing in! When you walk in there's one girl who just clearly looks at you and doesn't acknowledge you, I just don't feel a great presence from them and the energy is not great! They won't have to ever worry bout me anymore I can take my service elsewhere or another Plato's, but I will be reporting them to corporate! I don't recommend this location at all!

  Super super snotty workers. I left 3 clothes on the “go back rack” and they didn’t have a hanger. One of the workers ran to the front with them pasting me and said to the other work “ LOOK WHAT SOMEONE LEFT BACK THERE TO HAVE ME PUT BACK” the other work then said “ OMG ALL OF THAT!” In front of me . From a worker at other places. That is your job!! Do your job and stop complaining in front of the customers! Horrible look for the store. Stop hiring rude girls! And now the owner is saying that that’s not what happened, typical ! I would encourage you to go read the 50 other post where she doesn’t take responsibility for anything! So so absolutely embarrassing!! I feel so sorry for everyone that had experienced this as well. Don’t let people walk all over you and stand up for yourself. Watch them banned me for standing up for myself.
