  Our experience at this store was second to none! The ladies at our hut were very patient and friendly to us. Especially Cynthia, she gave a true five star experience helping my son and I explore our options with the sunglasses. She was very polite and not trying to hard sell anything. My son and I deeply enjoyed our afternoon there and will be excited to return and purchase.

  I had an exceptional experience today at the Sunglass Hut in Sandestin. Meagan and Sandra went above and beyond to help me with a warranty replacement for my Oakley Meta glasses. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. Customer service like this is becoming rare, and these two represent the Sunglass Hut brand extremely well. They made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free while treating me with respect from start to finish. I hope their store manager, district manager, and anyone in corporate who sees customer feedback recognize Meagan and Sandra for their outstanding service. Employees like them are the reason customers come back. Thank you both for providing one of the best retail experiences I’ve had.

  John and Cynthia at Sunglass Hut are amazing. 1st class customer service. Although I showed up with some non Sunglass Hut glasses in need of just a replacement neck strap, they went above and beyond in helping me fix the strap and even cleaned my shades. Other than the pair I had on, I always shop at Sunglass Hut. This experience will keep me doing just that. Thanks guys!!!!!

  Cynthia was extremely helpful and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands, frame shapes, and lens options, and provided honest feedback while helping my sister and I choose our sunglasses. Her friendly personality and professionalism made the process much easier, and we never felt pressured. We really appreciated her expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with Cynthia if you’re shopping for sunglasses!
