- CWChris WestphalAug 4, 20261.0Horrible customer service; they kept telling me their systems were slow and had me wait while they looked up a simple nose-pad replacement. Eventually said it would have to be ordered directly from Gucci. Went down the street to America's Best and they replaced them (free of charge) in less time it took me waiting at Sunglass Hut.
