Walked in and was at least greeted by the chatty red headed woman who was already helping/chatting…(HEAVY on chatting) with a customer. Took longer than expected but okay…another seemingly new associate in a lab coat seemed to have no idea what she’s doing, transaction with another customer lasting 20+ minutes….I ended up walking out without buying any fragrance. Bye
