  This manager needs to be fired. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint against this store. Bought furniture here, had to make two trips to pick and up little did I know they would sell it after I bought and paid and picked up one half. And then REFUSE a refund. Like I beg your finest pardon. This is absolutely bullshit. And this guy has the smuggest look on his face, by far lucky I didn’t throat punch him. He claims the policy to pick up is 24 hours, no where does it say this. The cashiers never mentioned this I have bought furniture at several other goodwills and this has never happened. No refund or even a store credit. Like what a JOKE!!!!!!

  Horrible manager, he was working the Register and Chatted with a customer for 10 minutes While the Waiting line got longer and longer. He was totally oblivious to this and didn’t even bother to get someone to work another register. I had an appointment so I could not stay and make my purchase so requested an employee to hold my two items for two hours until my return. When I returned the manager, who was the only one on the register, Insisted that he did not know what happened to the blouse I had on hold. No other explanation except he sold it. He refused to sell me The folding chair I had on hold to buy, which had a price tag on it And it was still behind the counter where I asked for it to stay until I returned. He said it was a chair for the office. I asked a worker in the back if he had a little brown folding chair in the office and she indicated no. At the same time, He ran up behind me, and she completely changed her expression when she say him and said that what ever he says Goes because he’s the manager. I was not feeling well, ran to my doctor appointment, and then ran back to finish my purchase. This took a lot of effort on my part just to deal with the worst manager, I’ve ever encountered in a business. This is really too bad because I like the store. This is no way to do business. I will return when this guy is no longer the manager. Which is no doubt soon since he’s stinks at it.

  Their prices are embarrassing. I’ve complained many times and have always been told it’s the managers decision. $12.99 for shirts with holes in them, items from Walmart priced ABOVE Walmart prices. Shame on you, you get these for free! And to top it off, recently, majority or the shoes are $14.99 +. Disgusting behavior. Go to the location on okeechobee blvd. They’re 100x better!
