  I had a great experience at this Sunglass Outfitters inside the Bass Pro Shops in Port St. Lucie. I purchased my Ray-Ban Meta glasses there on March 9, and Tiva was the sales associate who helped me. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while I was trying to decide which glasses to purchase. She never made me feel pressured and genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the best choice. About five months later, I started having some problems with the glasses and needed a copy of my original receipt for warranty purposes. I called the store and spoke with Evelyn, the store manager. She was able to locate my transaction and get me a copy of the receipt, even though the purchase had been several months earlier. It's customer service like this that really makes a difference. Tiva made the purchase a great experience, and Evelyn went above and beyond to help me after the sale. I really appreciate both of them taking the time to help me out. Great customer service by good people that actually care about their customers even after the sale!

  If I could give this negative stars, I would. I’ve purchased hundreds of dollars of sunglasses from this store Never had an issue until I had to return a pair of Maui Jim’s under warranty. Evelyn, the manager told me that I had to return them with Maui Jim even though it states there’s a 12 month warranty period through sunglass Hut. This is very frustrating as now I have to contact Maui Jim and send them to sunglasses to get them repaired when they could just be replaced at the store as the warranty stated when I purchased the sunglass originally. I’ll never be purchasing sunglasses from this establishment and I highly encourage nobody else make the same mistake I did. They do not stand behind the warranty and they give you every excuse why they can’t help you and you have to contact them manufacturer.

  I had a fantastic experience! Anaiya found and ordered a replacement part for my broken sunglasses, and even installed it. 10/10 customer service. I will definitely be returning if any more sunglass needs arise.

  Ashton was one of the best representatives I’ve ever encountered in my history of shopping. He went above and beyond to help me and my brother find exactly what we needed. If you ever need sunglasses ask for Ashton!!!

  They won’t honor warranty from other sunglass hut Apparently it’s not in their system I will never buy sunglasses from bass pro again It’s just pointless, especially after buying multiple pairs of sunglasses between $200-$350 each
