- NMNannette Marie3 days ago4.0I've shopped here several times. Although the selection is not the usually what I'm looking for they always offer order for me or help me find something else. Also everybody's very helpful. I do find some good deals on the sales rack. One thing I find annoying is that I find two different a sizes in the same box and there is no other box. I see the employee at the register check and confirm with the customer so I don't know how that could happen.

What made it worse is that the website showed items available for pickup in the same store, but staff kept insisting they were unavailable. I also went in to return shoes that I paid for in cash, and they initially tried to give me store credit/gift card instead of a proper refund. I had to explain the situation multiple times. Overall, the staff did not seem knowledgeable about their own policies or inventory system. The customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful from beginning to end.
