  So, we made the drive from all the way from north carolina on a fishing trip. We were looking at fishing equipment and passed several employees, none of which acknowledged us. When we needed help in the shoe department, i asked a young lady if she would help us with finding shoe sizes. She said it wasn't her department so she couldn't help. She was maybe 20 yards from where we were standing.

  Michael was awesome today! We came for a specific item (oc bought extra BP merch) got home and noticed we were missing said item. Called and stated my issue (bag handle broke thought it might have slipped under) and he went and looked to no avail. But, was granted acceptance for replacement from mgmt. Popped back in with our receipt and we were on our way back home. Thank you for being Bass Pro! & Michael thanks for the fabulous! assistance. Happy 250! 🇺🇲

  I enjoy Bass Pro, but staff is way too pushy for membership, credit cards, up selling… I know they’re trying to make money, but it is beyond annoying when you can’t shop as they hover over you.

  I went to Bass Pro Pt St Lucie last weekend and it’s my new favorite store. I don’t live close and normally go to other stores but the management staff at this store went above and beyond and I will continue to go back. I went to the store for a new graph for my boat and when the associate tried to locate the 2 they showed to have in stock none were to be found. He didn’t offer to help me further when he was unable to locate but before I left I stopped and spoke with a manager named Chuck or Charles ( bad with names) but he was committed to helping me. Next thing you know 3 different managers were involved in the search. Calling other stores and checking all over their own store. In the end the 2 missing graphs were never found but the store manager was so kind and offered me a slightly better model at the same price as the one the couldn’t find. I didn’t have to drive a hour to the next store and I was able to get on the water the next day. I will be going back to PSL Bass Pro many times in the future!
