  Went today, 9/27 was there for hoursss and what a sweet and helpful group of girls! Specifically Alexis who helped me with the higher priced items behind the counter and there was a new girl she was also so helpful and sweet! Thank you girls!!

  This place is becoming a little ridiculous. I understand sometimes days it’s busy so it takes them a little longer to go through the clothes however, today I decided to come in when it was a school day and they were not going through anything and I brought in one bag and it took 40 minutes when they told me it was gonna take 15 to 20 that is ridiculous. I’m starting to think they’re doing it on purpose. Also sitting around talking not being attentive to the customers needs when I’m trying to get in and get out of there and it’s really went downhill like they don’t have good clothes anymore. Besides that the customer service here is ridiculous. They need to get workers who are attempted to the customers needs and work quicker and fast pace environment.

  Unbelievable I went in there with only designer clothes and some of them are too expensive so they couldn't even take them and then the ones that were like $150 shirts they're like yeah I will take three of them and give you $9 and some change... Nine dollars? What are you insane what kind of crock 😂 well now I know I'll never go to this store ever again wasted gas down there wasted 15 minutes waiting on them to look at my clothes for nothing Just to be insulted

  Alexis and Danielle are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Danielle checked me out efficiently and held strong conversations as Alexis went through clothes. They both worked extremely hard, but what made me feel the need to leave this review and express how great this store is is because every single thing I was looking for, they took me to. They didn’t point; they walked me to it. Alexis helped me find cute clothes and helped me make my decision. She even talked me into two purses. I continue to come back because of this experience, and I have many more good ones thanks to them and some of the other girls who work there. The girl with the blonde hair and pale skin is the face of teen fashion and always has a smile I can’t remember her name but she was also working with them and helped as well to find a good outfit. If you struggle fitting in and finding good outfits or finding your style, Plato’s is the place to go. Ask for Alexis if you want to see someone who truly enjoys their job with a smile and a strong disposition. She won’t stop until you find what you’re looking for. She helped me find my right size. She also helped me pick out my whole outfit that I later bought.
