  Me and my sister showed up at 8:45 expecting a line for the Y2k event at 9 what we didn’t expect was that an employee who is apparently the managers sister didn’t even show up until 20 minutes after 9, she then proceeded to stand at the desk typing on her computer and go as far as to change the 9 am posters to 10am to make it seem as though we were wrong for waiting for the doors to open at 9. She was also walking around the store back and forth while the line of people waiting was watching her waiting to get their shop on.

  The Y2k drop was advertised to start right at 9AM on all social medias and flyers in the store. I arrived 7:30am expecting doors to open at 9. The doors ended up opening at 10am which was NOT what was advertised. I ended up having to wait an extra hour, as well as the line behind me who also expected them to open at 9. False advertisement!! If you planned on opening later even a sign on the door giving us a heads up would’ve been great.

  made us wait an extra hour after an event that was supposed to start at 9 am. employee proceeded to show up 20 minutes after 9 and waited until 10 am to open, even changing the posters from 9 am to 10 am after it was advertised to start at 9am for over a week. we’ve been here since 8:30 and still are not in the store. it was not posted anywhere that the time was pushed back and is extremely inconvenient to wait in the florida heat for an hour and a half. do better.

  The selection goes from nice well priced to over priced worn out clothes. The long dark haired girl that acted in charge was easily stressed and rude to customers as well as employees. Twice while I was there customers asked for a bathroom and they were told there wasn’t one to leave the store and go somewhere else. The last 5 minutes before my clothes were to be finished being sorted, I was waiting by the front and the dark haired girl loudly told me I was stressing out the employees by waiting and standing looking at my phone. They do not provide anywhere to sit while you wait. Seating would be beneficial for anyone waiting on clothes to be bought or waiting on other customers. After going through my clothes, they carelessly crammed them back in the bag. The girls were more interested in talking and looking at purses that came in rather than being courteous to customers. I will never go back here.

  Ive been in twice and each time this young lady Danielle has helped me. She has been incredibly kind and super helpful. Shes polite with a smile. The kind of worker the world needs more of. When she wasnt helping me ive spotted her working hard. Moving fluidly and again with a smile. My second time in Ive ended up needing help multiple times. I went for Danielle ofc, she was really busy atm and instead of making me wait she grabs another employee named Alexis. She was just as amazing. She was just as sweet. I will def be coming back in bc of them. Ntm the clothes are cute and for a fair price 🫶
