- LELauren E5 days ago1.05 Stars for the Staff, 0 Stars for Corporate Management. Fix the AC! I visited the Lane Bryant location in Port Richey to shop for bras, and while the experience with the employees was wonderful, the building conditions are completely unacceptable. The two ladies checking out at the front desk were kind, professional, and helpful. The dressing rooms had small portable fans and a portable AC unit inside the store to try and manage the heat. Upon checkout, out of curiosity, I asked how long they had been dealing with this AC problem, assuming it had only been a few hours. I was horrified to hear that the store has been without proper air conditioning for months—since at least early August. This is FL. Making YOUR customers and YOUR hard-working staff suffer through months of Florida summer heat is an absolute shame. It is incredibly clear that the on-site employees are doing everything they can to stay positive and provide great service despite likely being completely miserable in these temperatures. Corporate management needs to stop neglecting this location and its people. Please do your job and get the central AC fixed immediately for these amazing workers and the customers who want to shop here.
