  I had a very disappointing experience at this store that I think others should know about. My father-in-law, who lives out of state, sent my daughters some back-to-school clothes and a couple of backpacks as gifts. Unfortunately, a few of the clothing items were too large, and we didn't need the backpacks. Since they were gifts, I didn't have a gift receipt. When I went to the register, the associate immediately told me I couldn't return the items without a receipt or the original credit card. I asked how they handle gift returns, and she called a supervisor named Shannon. Shannon came over, instructed the associate on how to process a no-receipt return, and completed the transaction. Since everything was brand new with tags, I assumed I was receiving the current selling price, as many retailers do. When i went to shop, I realized I had only received about half of what the items were currently selling for. By chance, Shannon was walking by, so I politely asked why. Her response was essentially, "That's what you get when you don't have a receipt." When I asked for clarification because it didn't make sense to me, she became irritated and argumentative instead of trying to explain the policy. I then asked for the corporate customer service number, and she simply told me to "Google it." That response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. A store manager later came over and calmly explained that for no-receipt returns, the system searches the previous 45 days and refunds the lowest price the item sold for during that time. While I still believe this policy is unfair and misleading, I appreciated that he took the time to explain it respectfully. He even offered a possible solution by selling the items back to me so I could return them later with the receipt. Unfortunately, by that point, the damage had already been done. My biggest issue wasn't just the policy—it was the way I was treated. Shannon showed no empathy, patience, or willingness to help a customer understand the process. Customer service should never make someone feel dismissed for asking a reasonable question. I hope sharing my experience helps others understand how no-receipt returns work before they shop here. As for me, I used the remainder of my gift card and taking my business elsewhere. This was supposed to be a fun shopping trip with my daughters which became an embarrassing ordeal!

  I was a little disappointed, online said they install drapes, but once in the store I found out they n o longer offer this service.
