I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel I have no choice in this case. Overall, I really enjoyed doing business with this auction house and had several positive experiences with them. I purchased multiple items totaling around $400, went in to pick everything up, and even purchased another item while I was there. Unfortunately, 3 of the auction items I had already paid for could not be located. To be fair, it was 1 lot containing 3 items. I was told they would continue looking for them and either contact me when they were found or ship them to me. A few days later, I sent a message asking for an update and received no response. Two weeks later, I sent another message asking for an update or a refund, and again received no response. It has now been over a month, and I still have not heard from them or received a refund for the missing items. At this point, I feel completely ignored and, frankly, ripped off. I understand that mistakes happen and that an item can occasionally get misplaced. What really disappointed me was the complete lack of communication afterward. A simple response or refund would have gone a long way. It's unfortunate because I had been very happy doing business with them, but after this experience, I no longer have the same level of trust in this auction house.

I’ve been buying from Orion Antiques for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Beyond finding beautiful, well-preserved antiques, I’ve come to really trust the people behind the business. They’re easy to communicate with, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I’ve even recommended them to friends and family, and everyone’s had great things to say. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency.
