I visited this JCPenney location on September 28 to return a watch that I had purchased at the JCPenney in Coral Springs. The employee, Marzia told me that I had to return the watch at the same store where I purchased it, which was the Coral Springs location. I asked her where this policy was written, but she did not answer my question. Instead, she told me that because the watch is sold on commission, I had to return it to the same store where I bought it. That explanation did not make sense to me. I later went to the JCPenney at Broward Mall, and they processed the return without any problem, even though I had NOT purchased the watch there. This clearly contradicts what I was told at this location. If there is an actual policy requiring a return to the original store because the item is sold on commission, I would like to know where that policy is stated. Otherwise, customers should not be given incorrect information about the return policy. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience.

I had the great pleasure of being assisted by Cameron in the jewelry department; he was very kind and helpful, ensuring I was completely satisfied. He is a real asset to the store, and I will be back soon.
