She took the time to provide me with tips to achieve best results for my hair type. Sabrina is a definite asset to the JCP salon team and I highly recommend her for your hair care needs!

- SLSusan LauterbachMar 21, 20261.0I bought a t-shirt. I wanted to wear it so I washed in COLD water. Dried on a cool temperature because I knew it was cotton. It shrunk. So small that I couldn’t wear it. The next day I took it back. I asked 5 people before I could find someone to help. Everyone I approached was not doing anything but said they couldn’t help and sent me off to find somebody else. The last person I approached Said she couldn’t help and sent me off. Surprised she showed up at the counter I was at. Said she couldn’t return it because I washed It. What does that have to do with it shrinking. If it didn’t shrink I wouldn’t have to return it. I asked for a manager and was told there isn’t a manager. In that big store it’s all useless salespeople and not 1 manager? Don’t waste your money or time. I should have gone to Walmart.
