- LRLeonel Rodriguez1 day ago5.0I stopped by Sunglass Hut at Broward Mall because I needed some advice about replacing the lenses on an old vintage pair of Ray-Bans. Sharri helped me, and I have to say, she was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me. You don't come across this kind of customer service very often anymore. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in weeks! I really appreciate the way Sharri treated me and made the whole experience so pleasant. Sunglass Hut is lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Sharri! Keep up the great work. I'll definitely be back!

- BEBrianna EAug 18, 20265.0MR. JUAN MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AMAZING. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE PERCS OF HAVING META GLASSES EVEN BEFORE HE KNEW I WAS GOING TO ACTUALLY BUY A PAIR. HE TREATED ME WITH SO MUCH RESPECT.
