  I usually don’t leave comments because I own businesses myself & I also like shopping here. But my recent experience today felt so uncomfortable and kind of humiliated. Not sure if it was bc of my skin color but I gave no reason for them to think I was a thief. 2-3 workers followed me around the store while I was shopping. They were talking outside of my dressing room as if they were right next to it. Then they called security in, who walked up behind me and stood there while I was checking out. Then another female with short pink hair followed me out the store as I was leaving. Worst experience ever.

  Drove to this location frm Destin to get a dress and after getting home realize they didn't take the security tag off so we had to drive almost 1 1/2 hrs back the next day for them to take it off. They were apologetic but it was a major inconvenience. Also while there shopping for the dress Zandria was so rude, so if you go I recommend anyone else to help, also make sure security tag is taken off. They did say multiple people had come back for the same reason. This was our 4th dress purchase and our 1st purchase at the store- DO BETTER!

  I had a great experience coming in, I was struggling to find a dress for hoco and the employees helped me find a dress even when they had a busy line and were in the middle of cleaning.

  I have shopped at Windsor with my three daughters, 12,13 & 17,a few times for special occasion dresses. Each purchase has been great! My two youngest daughters had an awesome experience purchasing dresses for their Valentine's Day dance today, thanks to Zara! She went above and beyond to assist them and make them feel special. Thanks again, and we will be back!
