  I had a great experience coming in, I was struggling to find a dress for hoco and the employees helped me find a dress even when they had a busy line and were in the middle of cleaning.

  Last time I went here, I bought a dress which I didn’t notice had some make up stains and problem with threading so I wanted to return it the next day. Was told that I could not return it because I payed with contactless and they didn’t have it set up in the system so i couldn’t get a refund or even store credit. What’s ridiculous is that the day I bought the dress, I was not told that I could not pay with just tap and because of that I couldn’t get the money back. I explained that very well and I was given the explanation that the money didn’t go to Windsor because they didn’t have that set up in the system… honestly super frustrated with the employees here so your best bet is to order online

  I spent 45$ on a corset top and it began to fray before i could put it on. They would NOT accept my return with tags and the receipt a few days later. WHAT A JOKE all of their clothes are awful material and fall apart and they do not do anything about it to compensate. I will never shop here again and i will continue to share this experience.
