We had such a great first experience at Plato’s Closet! My daughter and I found a couple of Lululemon items for less than a quarter of what they would cost new! Such a great deal! The staff was also super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Very rude cashiers. Sitting here waiting for ten minutes with clothes in my hand and then gone tell me oh we not checking no one out over here. Then still had me wait while they play on they phone. I use to love this store. But I hate it and will not be back

Walked in while they were dealing with a disgruntled customer, they were very calm and collected and handled the situation well. The manager, Brad, was a major help while browsing and buying. He’s the man!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve consistently had unpleasant experiences at this Plato’s Closet location. Every time I visit, the customer service feels unfriendly and unwelcoming. Employees often seem more focused on personal conversations than helping customers, which creates an unprofessional atmosphere.
I usually shop in the evenings, and even when arriving well over an hour before closing, staff often begin obvious closing tasks early—counting money, turning off music, sorting clothes, and reminding each other to hurry—making customers feel like an inconvenience for simply shopping during posted business hours.
On my most recent visit, I finished shopping around 8:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, and went to the register ready to check out. The employee at the counter began counting money in the drawer and didn’t acknowledge me for about two minutes before finally asking if I was checking out. While this may seem minor, experiences like this have happened repeatedly and make shopping here feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I understand stores need to complete closing procedures, but customers should not feel rushed or like a burden when they are shopping well before closing time.

We came to drop a couple pairs of shoes off it took them a while to even come talk to us. The blonde lady said it would take 30 minutes. We were there for about an hour and some change we sat in the car for a while then got bored and walked around the store for a while every worker saw us walk around for an hour we got sick of waiting and it turns out they have already looked at all our stuff they weren’t going to take anything we gave them bc the shoes were “dirty” we never got a text or anything saying they were done. Awful customer service.
