  Went in the other day with my wife and met with Makenzie to look at a Rolex GMT Master II that I am wanting to purchase for a 15 year work milestone. The whole experience was awesome and the store is beautiful. While there we had my wife’s ring re-dipped and my watch cleaned. Top notch service all the was around. Makenzie was able to set me up on the waitlist for my dream watch and now the waiting begins. Hopefully the call comes sooner than later to help with my milestone celebration.

  I recently purchased my first Rolex at Jewelers Trade Shop in Pensacola, Florida and the experience was everything I’d hoped it would be. All of the credit goes to Ashley, the Rolex Authorized Dealer associate who helped me through it. Buying a timepiece like this is a meaningful decision, and I had plenty of questions. Ashley answered every one of them patiently and thoughtfully, never once making me feel rushed—even though the store was clearly busy. She struck that rare balance of being knowledgeable and professional while also being genuinely welcoming and approachable. By the time I walked out, I felt confident in the choice I’d made, and I understood far more about my watch than I could have anticipated when I arrived. What stood out most was how valued she made me feel. That kind of attentiveness is hard to find, and it turned what could have been a simple transaction into an experience I won’t soon forget. If you’re considering a Rolex Authorized Dealer or a jeweler in the Pensacola area, I’d recommend asking for Ashley. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

  After more than 25 years, I returned to Jewelers Trade Shop to upgrade my original engagement ring and wedding band, and I could not be happier with the experience. Allie Smith took my original diamonds and band and completely reimagined them into something more beautiful than I ever thought possible. I went from a single one-carat princess-cut diamond to a stunning new design with two additional diamonds, and the finished ring absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, Allie provided exceptional customer service. Her communication was outstanding, she kept me informed throughout the entire process, and her warm, welcoming personality made the experience so enjoyable. She truly listened to what I wanted and created a ring that is both meaningful and breathtaking. While we were there today, Allie also replaced the battery in my husband’s TAG Heuer watch while we waited. We originally purchased the watch from Jewelers Trade Shop many years ago, and we’ve always trusted them to service it because we know they care about helping it last a lifetime. Once again, they delivered top-notch customer service with quick, professional, and friendly attention.   I have always wanted a Rolex and my wife wanted to get me one for my retirement from the Army. We researched and ended up at Jewelers Trade Shop. I am glad we made the hour trip. I put my name down on the list and patiently waited. Last weekend I was able to pick up my Submariner Date from Morgan. Morgan was great scheduling a time for me to come in and pick it up, and they are definitely worth the wait. Thank you Morgan and Jewelers Trade Shop for my dream watch!
