  Ooo. They were busy when we showed up so I was like, "Eeek" about the service. But once we got with the watch lady Tory she let us touch and try on everything. Helped me pick out my unicorn watch. We had great time and will definitely visit again.

  My wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experiences with Jewelers Trade Shop and especially Tori Perkins. We have trusted Tori and Jewelers Trade Shop with several ring resizings, the restoration of a simple but deeply meaningful watch purchased for our 5th wedding anniversary, the purchase of a few Tudor watches, and a couple of Rolex watches to celebrate special moments in both my life and my son’s life. Every single experience has been exceptional. What truly sets Tori apart is that she understands jewelry is so much more than gold, gemstones, or watches — every piece carries a story, history, and deep sentimental meaning. Whenever we brought in jewelry for service, she genuinely showed care and interest in the background behind the piece and the memories attached to it. When helping us with new purchases, she always takes an interest in why we are choosing a particular item and what occasion or milestone it represents. My wife and I often find ourselves going through her jewelry box, talking about pieces handed down from parents and grandparents, remembering where they came from and how they found their way into our lives. Those conversations fill us with joy, and we hope one day these same pieces will become meaningful heirlooms for our children and future grandchildren. The most incredible experience of all was a recent surprise gift for my wife. We still had her original wedding ring, but it no longer had a center stone because we had transferred the original diamond into a new ring later in our marriage. That left the original band without a gemstone for many years. Wanting to bring new life and meaning back into that original ring, Tori helped create something truly unforgettable. She worked closely with me to select the perfect emerald. Knowing my wife would eventually notice the ring missing from her jewelry box, Tori carefully coordinated the timing with the jewelers to create a beautiful new setting and place the most stunning emerald into her original wedding ring — all within a short enough timeframe that my wife never suspected a thing. To say my wife was surprised and beyond happy would be an understatement. She now has a ring that carries the history and meaning of our wedding day while also representing a new chapter in our lives with the addition of the emerald — a gemstone she had always admired but never owned. I’m still proudly in the running for “Husband of the Year,” and I’m counting on Jewelers Trade Shop to help keep me there! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Tori and everyone at Jewelers Trade Shop for helping my wife and me create meaningful memories through jewelry that has purpose, history, and heart. These are pieces we will cherish forever, and one day they will have stories to tell for generations to come.

  I can’t say enough great things about Jewelers Trade Shop and especially Hartley Moorer. From the very beginning, Hartley took incredible care of us while replacing my wife’s wedding band. She listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and absolutely nailed the final result. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall experience were top-notch from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Seeing my wife’s reaction when she got her new band made it all worth it.   Always a wonderful experience at Jeweler’s Trade! Our grandaughter was turning 16 and Morgan Kotick helped us design a beautiful pair of garnet earrings in a bezel setting. The earrings were shipped to me in Texas and arrived just in time for the birthday party. Our Grandaughter loved them!!! Thank you, Morgan, for always providing outstanding service.

  I called them one time months ago and they couldn't help me with what I was looking for. They must have taken my one call and saved my phone number because now they are soliciting me at my number without my permission or knowledge. This seriously bothers me. I will never be shopping here or calling them again. If you are going to be the telemarketing of jewelry, you might as well get yourself an 800 number.
