  Prices in this store are high. Store was clean and bright. No employees on the sales floor. Just at checkouts.

  I love Judy in the Jewelry department so much . Every experience with her is very special for me . She doesn’t feel like an associate , but a friend as she helps you gain knowledge in the different pieces . She is so helpful and patient with a smile that brightens a day . Thank you for all your help. Always so ready and willing each and every time I’ve ever seen her through out the years before even becoming familiar with her. Thank you 🙏❤️ God bless

  Your team members are all very helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you in any way they can. I remember this store back in the 80s when my Mother took us there to buy clothes, and gifts for Christams. I mostly go to this store for jewelry, watches, clothes, cologne. The service has always been great. It is not the same store it was since the internet and shopping online came about, but this store has always provided great service and selection for clothes at a good price. The fact that I am able to get my extended size socks and clothes for tall men is another advantage Penneys offers. That is how it has always been. JCPenny is my go-to store. I hope it remains in the era we are in and in the future. Lots of great memories here. I do order online at JCPenney, and the store has supported me with easy returns and service. Penneys will continue to be my main store to shop. One of the few retail giants that remain from the past. Sears is gone, Gayfers is gone, McRaes is gone, and Dillards is just too expensive. Keep up the value and service you provide. That is the most valuable thing Penneys offers. I have been finding that Stafford short sleeve oxford shirts are almost non-existent now. I love those dress shirts and the value was spectacular. Hopefully, they will offer them again. Love JCPenney!

  This store in Pensacola’s University Town Plaza has really held on over the years and has somehow managed to keep getting better and better. A Saturday visit found a store that was very clean, well stocked and very well supported by employees. Everyone was helpful, the departments had a wide range of stock. Thank you JCP for hanging in there with all the bumps in our economy and coming out shining bright.

  This store is really run down. All of the entrance doors have very dirty glass with signs taped all over them. The flooring looks old and worn out and there are sections downstairs that look like a going out of business sale. Jumbled pour with indiscernible store category organization. Also lock your car because this has become a hub for homeless people. I added a star because the staff interactions are great.
