A Saturday visit found a store that was very clean, well stocked and very well supported by employees. Everyone was helpful, the departments had a wide range of stock. Thank you JCP for hanging in there with all the bumps in our economy and coming out shining bright.

The flooring looks old and worn out and there are sections downstairs that look like a going out of business sale. Jumbled pour with indiscernible store category organization. Also lock your car because this has become a hub for homeless people. I added a star because the staff interactions are great.

Ended up going in the mens dept and met Mrs Annice who is an amazing sales person. Before I even spoke to her she was helping other people with genuine enthusiasm and doing her best to help them find what looked good, coordinated and most importantly; fit. She helped me make a decision on 2 shirts that I purchased and I will definitely be shopping at JC Penny first instead of it being an afterthought. In fact I was greeted when I walked in and spoken to by multiple employees; so please recognize your staff in the Pensacola location. Especially Mrs Annice; she truly was a blessing and made shopping enjoyable.
