  Even though they don't service Singer machines, they still took a look at my machine and helped me diagnose the issue. They also found an obscure cord/pedal combo so I could use my back-up machine that day. Jamie in particular was especially helpful; she was very knowlegable on their inventory as well as what other sewing shops in the area specialize in. It seemed like everyone there was a fiber artist.

  I adore the people we worked with today. I had gone in to see about my 24 yr old brother machine being repaired. Upon entering I saw a sign that stated they only service certain machines and Brother was not on the list. The gentleman at the service desk could have easily said, "No sorry we dont repair those." But I think he couldn't help himself and asked to plug it in. He diagnosed it quickly enough and sort of what we suspected. Basically, it was outdated and the motherboard was probably not going to be available. Truth be told, if a part was available, after an expense for a part and replacing it ourself, I wanted to put that money toward a new machine. So I bought a new machine. The ladies in the shop were super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. The owner was on site and a great lady. My whole experience was wonderful. This place has good vibes. Can't wait to go back for my new owner classes. Wish me luck with my new machine.

  Just purchased a embroidery/sewing machine here and their customer service is over the top! Nice family owned local business...SO friendly and helpful! Susan was the greatest today helping me get familiar with the machine (since they can't have classes right now) told me to call or come in anytime with questions, and James was very knowledgeable about the machines when we first went in to inquire a few days ago. It was a VERY pleasant experience, the BEST! THANK-YOU for all your patience!!
