  The piece of jewelry I designed was very pretty and everything I expected. The jeweler that assisted me was also very nice. However, I did ask for an appraisal when I picked up the jewelry. It was a Friday around the first of July, I believe. I am pretty sure I heard that she would get it together and call me for me to pick up the following Monday. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Now it is late July and I called to ask, but the employee couldn't find anything on it. He said he would have to get with the Jeweler I was working with. I still haven't heard back. The store had all the details on the piece, therefore I thought it would not be difficult. With the value of the piece I would have expected less of these problems, but at the same time I am very understanding if someone would just keep me updated.

  Barry and his staff know their trade and I always feel like I'm getting special treatment. I'm sure they treat all their customers this way. Barry designed a custom engagement band for my son. The ring was delivered in 2 weeks, and exceeded expectations. Bere' Jewelers is top notch!!!
