- TWTeri WedlundAug 11, 20261.0Shopping at Belk today. Parked near the entrance where Petite Short clothes are. Walked over to women's Average area for only dressing rooms open. Registers at both locations had signs "Register Closed. Please go to next Register." No arrow pointing out direction to go. Walked to "Customer Service" sign near escalators. Same sign as other 2 locations. My husband suggested I try jewelry counter since we have checked out there before and it was close to escalators. No one there. Lady close by working with items and a ladder. She pointed to a man walking nearby and said "Here he comes." When we asked him to help, he directed us to go to ladies' shoe department... furtherest entrance away from where we entered/parked. I told him I'm an old lady and didn't want to walk all over store so he could put items away. BTW - J C Penny's also carries Alfred Dunner clothes, so I will check them out.
