  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at Bealls. The store's posted closing time on Saturday is 9:30 PM, yet when I arrived before 9:20 PM, the doors had already been locked and the store was no longer admitting customers. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I called the store beforehand and was explicitly informed that someone would allow me entry upon my arrival. Despite relying on that assurance and making the trip to the store, I was ultimately told that I would have to return the following morning. Closing a store before its advertised hours is unprofessional, but providing inaccurate information to customers beforehand demonstrates a concerning lack of communication and accountability. Customers should be able to rely on posted business hours and on the information provided by store employees. Unfortunately, my experience reflected neither. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future customers are treated with greater consistency and respect.

  Everyone knows the Bealls franchise stores are some of the best places to shop!! Everything from clothes and shoes to housewares and home decor, there's not a whole lot you can't find at one store or the other!

  Had the creepiest experience there being followed around the store by a floor walker. They weren’t very good at their job either. Very obvious. Very unsettling.

  This was a big disappointment. Very little inventory was available. I have been to smaller locations that had a lot more items available than here. I'm not sure if it is always like this or if it was just low when I visited. If I have the time and am in this shopping center for a different store then I will run in and check it out once more to find out.
