  This review reflects multiple experiences in this store..first good news is that the store was well stocked , except for size small . There was one person working today who was helpful and pleasant , her name is Grace Ann . We purchased over $300 in merchandise. All of the other employees including the manager never greeted anyone or smiled . the employees do not help each other and they all seem to not be happy to be working there.. I wish it was a better experience, it’s so much easier to be nice to people .

  Shop at Aerie all the time and love it. I have never been asked to leave my Louis Vuitton Neverfull outside the dressing room on a shelf. I walked into the dressing room and the store associate asked me to leave my purse along with my wallet outside of the dressing room. This is the only store I have ever been asked this. I proceeded to call corporate and ask if this is a new policy. They stated that it was not and I should be allowed to keep my belongings. I’ll just visit other stores and shop online. I am really sad about this as I was going to buy several sets and I normally have a wonderful experience in every other Aerie I have gone to across the country.

  I just went in to get a bra measurement, first of all she measured me at a 40C which i knew wasn’t right because im wearing a 36 band right now and it’s way too big. Then i tried on some other sizes and realized i’d have to order. Well, i get up to the register and ask for one 34G and one 36DDD. The cashier then tells me 34G is unavailable, okay. So i’ll just order two 36DDDs. Nope! She then tells me they don’t carry DDD. Again, i know this is false because i used to work for aerie, AND it’s available on the app. I left feeling confused and a little humiliated. It almost felt a little mean girl esque and fatphobic in a way. I’ll order them online, but i’m also going to be finding a new place to get my bras from now on, because this left a bad taste in my mouth about aerie.
