  Yes, this place has very pretty dresses, but the hassle is just not worth the gain! First of all, the store employees ALL have attitudes and are not nice to customers whatsoever. Secondly, Windsor dresses are all over-priced! Why am I going to go to Windsor, a store that does not allow you to return anything, has cancer causing warning labels on some of their merchandise, and treats their customers like dirt when I can shop at Altar'd State instead where their return policy never expires(Meaning: as long as you have the receipt and unattached/or attached tag you can return their items a year from now if you wish to do so and they will accept them for a full refund back to your original method of payment. There is no expiration date on their returns for everything in their entire inventory!!) At Altar'd State their dresses well-made and are just as beautiful if not MORE beautiful than the cheap quality dresses they sell at Windsor AND at Altar'd State their store employees go out of their way to help you to ensure everyone who walks out of their store leaves completely satisfied and over-joyed with their shopping experience there.
