She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire experience. She took the time to help me try different styles, gave me her honest opinion, and made sure I found the perfect pair of sunglasses. Isabel never made me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, and her personality and professionalism really stood out. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes so much pride in helping customers. If you visit this Sunglass Hut, I highly recommend asking for Isabel. She is absolutely wonderful and is a true asset to the store! I will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received from her.

I returned to the store intending to purchase a second pair of sunglasses, but she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of making me feel welcomed as a returning customer, her attitude made me not want to purchase anything at all. I honestly cannot understand how a reputable company like Sunglass Hut has a manager who treats customers this way. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the company takes this complaint seriously.
