Had such a great experience shopping here! Kaydin was super sweet and helpful from the moment I walked in. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me really good recommendations. She was very friendly, patient, and made the whole shopping experience so easy. You can tell she really knows the products and genuinely enjoys helping customers. Definitely ask for Kaydin if you come in!

I had a party to attend and barely any time to shop. I called the Pembroke Pines store and spoke with Jay, told her what I needed and my size, and she immediately found it. She even had it waiting for me when I arrived. I walked in, asked for her, and she already had everything rung up and bagged. She truly understood the assignment. I was in and out in minutes. Jay was pleasant, helpful, and an absolute lifesaver since I was running so late. I’m really grateful for her service.

Had the worst experience in this Steve Madden. Tried returning unused shoes and the store manager Daniel Fernandez refused to help in any way. He did not even offer a store credit. He said to call headquarters and deal with them. Very upsetting.
