I called the Pembroke Pines store and spoke with Jay, told her what I needed and my size, and she immediately found it. She even had it waiting for me when I arrived. I walked in, asked for her, and she already had everything rung up and bagged. She truly understood the assignment. I was in and out in minutes. Jay was pleasant, helpful, and an absolute lifesaver since I was running so late. I’m really grateful for her service.

My friend and I stopped here and bought 3 pairs of shoes and I have to say the experience was exceptional because of their staff member Danny. He was full of smiles, offered suggestions, offered to provide a service that we didn't even know existed; shoe stretching (for wide feet) and he also offered to hold our bags while we continue shopping throughout the mall. What a guy!!!! Thanks Steven Madden for employing such great staff! Recommend this location for all shoe shoppers.
