She asked how she could help me and walked with me to a different counter after I gave her one of the missing earrings - we looked together and found them. Her attentiveness was comforting and her energy was extremely positive. I hope she knows how happy I was with the experience, especially after visiting a couple weeks before with service people not wanting to help me find the earrings, and then passing by a lady yesterday who didn’t ask to help as I tried finding them.
