  Don't even think about placing an order at that place—the customer service is terrible, and their order processing is completely botched. I placed an order at 8:30 AM with the expectation that it would arrive at my son's workplace within an hour. Instead, at 10:30 AM, they called to tell me the order had been cancelled and rerouted to a different store. I paid for express delivery, yet it never arrived; my son left work without ever receiving a thing. And at the store, the only thing they tell you is that they can't do anything else because their online system is experiencing glitches. Absolutely abysmal! From the moment I called, there was plenty of time for them to fulfill the order, but they failed to do so. If you want to avoid a massive headache, do not use this service.

  My birthday is tomorrow. My mom had a package shipped to me. Not only was it delivered to my neighbor BUT it was left OUTSIDE in the heat AND there are holes in it! I can’t eat whatever is in this box! Terrible company. Do NOT use them!

  I received a condolences fruit arrangement from distant family in NY and it was horrible. The fruit was not ripe. The cantelope melon was hard and the honeydew was not the least bit sweet both of which were CLEARLY not ripe. The majority of the strawberries were not even red! HORRIBLE!!! I feel really bad for the people who purchased this! The store lied to them and told them that the fruit was fresh which may be the case but the fruit was clearly NOT ripe and we will not be eating any of it!!! Our family friends are not being given a refund. I told them to come and pick it up so the manager they see for themselves and they refused!! They are going to have to dispute this with the credit card company because obviously this Pembroke Pines store does not stand by the franchise reputation! I will be posting this everywhere!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Not worth the time and aggravation! You can't see by the pics that the fruit is not ripe besides the strawberries below. This strawberry season there is no excuse for this!!
