- MLM LAug 13, 20261.0HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! The only person in there is obviously tired of being there, super annoyed of anyone crossing the door. She was really annoyed by the fact that I ordered an arrangement around 4pm to be picked up at 5:30pm. Also the google hours are not updated, it shows they close at 7pm however on the door it says 6pm. And if you show up at 4pm you know what kind of service you will be getting. The place is completely empty, there is not even a single strawberry dipped in chocolate to see what kind of product you will be getting, so you just gotta hope its gonna look the same as the online picture. For sure this location will eventually go out of business, there is no way they can survive much longer unless management really works on improving.

I placed an order at 8:30 AM with the expectation that it would arrive at my son's workplace within an hour. Instead, at 10:30 AM, they called to tell me the order had been cancelled and rerouted to a different store. I paid for express delivery, yet it never arrived; my son left work without ever receiving a thing. And at the store, the only thing they tell you is that they can't do anything else because their online system is experiencing glitches. Absolutely abysmal! From the moment I called, there was plenty of time for them to fulfill the order, but they failed to do so. If you want to avoid a massive headache, do not use this service.
