The store is easy to browse, and I appreciate being able to compare different styles and find something that suits what I’m looking for. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance, but I was also able to take my time on my own. Overall, I found the shopping experience convenient and enjoyable. It’s a store I’d visit again when I’m looking for new shoes.

A representative went out of her way to help me with acquiring a store credit. I usually do monthly donations and I am always greeted warmly when I arrive. This is a great place to shop!

I wanted to return the shoes that I bought it online and this lady on front VICTORIA this young lady tried to find a damage that never existed to not give me my money back in my 34 years in this country i’ve never seen anything like this, i was pretty upset because i wanted my money back based on the return policy. So please be careful VICTORIA and this other old lady that look like the manager both were very rude so im completely disappointed and disgusted about it IN MY LIFE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY SHOES ON THAT PLACE AGAIN. Horrible service 😡
