  Angel at the Pier Park location was very helpful thorough. Made serious effort to help me locate my online order. Explained the situation, read my order number back to me. Excellent customer service!!

  When purchasing an item at the register, a nice girl was giving my my military discount and then her co-worker, peeped her head over and said “oh we can't use a photo of the ID” I've never had an issue with my military ID on a picture at any other aerie. I'm not sure if this girl is new or just straight up rude. It just shows how inconsiderate people are especially those who serve. My 10% savings was not coming out of her pocket. Just give the discount next time
