  UPDATE: Lisa E. at Beall's Guest Services was very helpful in addressing our concerns. She demonstrated professionalism and took the time to carefully look into and resolve our complaint and concerns. That gave us a better impression of Bealls. We marked up our review from one star to five based on our interaction with Lisa E. Thank you. Go shop elsewhere. Beware of how they treat their customers. We are locals and will never shop this store again as they sell junk. We tried to return a beach cart and they claimed at check out they would have informed us an item was non-refundable if it did not work. It was an $80 cart, and totally did not work. We would never have bought it at that price if we knew if it didnt work, we couldn't get assistance. They never told us about this policy, instead, just chatted with us as we were new to area. They sell products that do not perform as advertised. This was our first purchase and last. No wonder its empty.There are plenty of other good places to shop in the area that offer items that actually work and explain store policies.

  Decent selection of products and brands. Definitely better selection and brands than the store in Panama City. You honestly have to come to this one if you want the big selection.
