  If there could be zero stars I’d click it So disappointed, thou they took my calls but lo and behold my order was cancelled why?!? Oh bc they over booked for Mother’s Day and ruined my day and my daughter’s first Mother’s Day ! No call or cancel email as they said should have received .. nothing and no spam So disappointed I ask you all order elsewhere if I knew there were two other in surrounding area i would order I placed order for next day delivery and they cancelled .. my niece ordered from different location that same day and it arrived perfectly ..

  I had an order placed for valentines day. My mother ordered it to my work because my boyfriend and I had just broken up and she wanted me to feel special and loved. It was "guaranteed" to be there before 5pm for a business address. Needless to say, it is the next day and still nothing. over 10+ calls to the store with not one answer. Multiple messages on the website sent. Tracking oder still says it has not even been created. This is poor management and is putting a bad name on such an amazing brand.

  They refused to give the order to the grub hub driver. I called Edible arrangements 33 times and never picked up the phone. Even went to the store at 6:55pm (the website said they were closing at 8pm) and the store was closed! Now they are showing my order was made, and delivered. Absolute worse, I hope someone holds these people accountable

  I was so disappointed with edible arrangement!! I placed an order online early in the day to be delivered to a business, paid for rushed hour delivery so it can be there on time before closing, added my tip with the order. Later I get a call telling me they can’t do the order because its out of their way and they already delivered around that location and it will get there past 6 o'clock after closing. order was cancelled and instead of refunding me the full amount they said that they couldn’t refund the tip and to call corporate. Had to go out of my way to contact corporate to get the tip and still took 5 days to get the full refund. It was a mess.

  I ordered a large blooming daisies, and received the following. Tiny & nowhere near as many strawberries as pictured and and every single strawberry had rotten spots. The store refused to offer a refund or replace the arrangement, telling me that's what I ordered! I'm shocked at how they can look at this photo compared to the website and tell me that's the same thing. The manager is also only available for one hour in morning, so good luck trying to reach them if you work.
