One of my favorite Goodwill stores in the area. Upside: The men's shirt racks now have sizes marked up to XL. Downside: XXL and up are still a scavenger hunt, unfortunately.

Decent selection and everything was clean. But, had a disappointing experience while visiting the area. My daughter found a toy and we brought it up front. We were told it couldn't be sold and that the person who could do it would be in, in maybe, an hour. It was clearly a stuffed animal with less than $10. I went back to where we found it and found a stray tag on the ground, maybe it belonged to it, I showed the same employee and she said she couldn't use it. I understand there needs to be some company policy to avoid making employees make pricing decisions in case someone is ripping off price tags, but this was not needed. A kid found a toy she wanted, comeon. I returned more than an hour later and was told it hadn't been processed dismissively.

Very disappointing experience at this Goodwill. We entered at 7:41 p.m. I checked my phone because we knew they closed at 8. We were at the checkout by 7:55. My friend had 2 items, as did I. One register was open and a young man was ringing up a customer’s things. The blonde older woman who appeared to be the manager started to speak to us in an unnecessarily rude and confrontational way, saying, “I just can’t understand why some people would wait so long to get in line,” while folding her hands, bobbing her head, and widening her eyes, while staring down my friend. We were confused because we were clearly in line waiting to be checked out. We were not holding anyone up. When we explained that we were already in line, she continued arguing that we “should’ve already checked out” because they had “reports to write and closing work to do.” If a store closes at 8:00, customers do not have to be out of the store before then. I completely understand employees needing to close on time, but we were there before closing and were actively trying to check out. The way we were spoken to was completely unnecessary, and we ultimately decided to put our items back on the shelves and leave without purchasing anything. I took a picture of the time we left and it reads “7:58” meaning that after the time it took to have our terrible interaction/putting items back, we still were leaving the store before 8:00. Unfortunately, after reading other comments, it seems as though this store has management issues though. Hopefully it gets sorted out so future experiences of others are better. But as for us, we will no longer shop this location and highly recommend you do not visit as well.

Absolutely ridiculous of a store. I found a pair of shorts that did not have a tag on it and when I asked the lady to please help me price it I was told that I cannot buy it. It has to go to the back, be repriced and then has to go back out on the next round. that’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t just give me a price right there so I can buy it never coming back to this Goodwill again.
