  I just picked up my first Rolex and cannot say enough good stuff about this AD. Jeremy was my client advisor and from the second I walked in for the first time to when I walked out with my watch, he was beyond helpful and treated my wife and I like we were reoccurring customers. I highly recommend both this location and Jeremy. It most certainly won’t my only watch from them.

  Took my Rolex 1601 in for repair and overhaul and had no issues or complaints. The staff was great, friendly, and very professional throughout the process. Just be prepared to wait for the watch to return — it’s definitely a process, but overall the experience was well worth it!

  Where do I even begin? My family and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Bucherer 1888 in Palm Beach, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and remarkably knowledgeable. The Store Director, Monica, was particularly wonderful — warm, gracious, and genuinely patient, especially considering we had two small children in tow who were bursting with a thousand questions and had a magnetic attraction to every piece of glass and mirror in sight. (For the record, my boys were perfectly well-behaved and caused absolutely no issues — my wife insisted I include that. 😄) As a relatively novice watch collector, I came in looking to either purchase or get on the list for a couple of specific pieces. That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Angelo, their horology specialist — and truly, the experience was never the same after that. Angelo is simply an exceptional human being. He took the time to walk me through the various models with genuine care and extraordinary depth of knowledge, never rushing the process, until I finally found the one. Five stars simply isn’t enough to rate this experience. Bucherer 1888 embodies the true essence of elegance and luxury that Palm Beach is renowned for. I cannot imagine purchasing a timeless Rolex anywhere else, and I already look forward to my next visit. Thank you, Monica, Angelo, and the entire Bucherer 1888 team — you made this truly unforgettable.
