  In December of 2025, my wife and I were in the area to have dinner for her birthday. I wanted to give her a special birthday gift and I took her to the boutique to look for a piece that she would love. We were greeted by the wonderful team who made us feel welcomed immediately, and we got the chance to work with Jeremey. Jeremey took the time to understand my wife’s tastes and guided us through the design process as she looked for the perfect birthday gift. Although the specific watch that she wanted wasn’t available at the moment, Jeremey registered her and a couple of weeks ago we got the message that her watch had arrived. We were beyond excited, and she felt like a queen when we went to pick up the watch and get it sized for her. Jeremey made us feel welcomed and comfortable through the entire sale, and we are looking forward to our next experience with him and the team.

  I had a phenomenal experience during my most recent visit to Bucherer 1888 in Palm Beach (formerly Tourneau). I truly can’t say enough great things about Bjorn—he assisted me with yet another Rolex timepiece purchase, and as always, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. From the moment I walked into the boutique, I was treated with the utmost respect. The entire experience felt elevated and welcoming. It was also a pleasure reconnecting with Gina, whom I had worked with about 10 years ago—she warmly greeted me at the door for my appointment with Bjorn, which made the visit even more special. The level of service here is truly top-tier. I highly recommend Bucherer 1888 (formerly Tourneau) to anyone looking for a first-class watch buying experience.

  What an incredible experience. This past Saturday felt like a dream come true. Jeremy was exceptional to work with—professional, respectful, and incredibly approachable. He took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel uncomfortable. I can’t say enough positive things about both Jeremy and the entire staff. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Jeremy—he will take great care of you. Shout out to Matt as well, thank you for helping this all come together as well.
