  It's an absolute pleasure to have met and worked with Jeremey to purchase my first Rolex. I was originally registered at another local AD and was so disappointed with them that I removed myself from their waitlist and left. I am so happy to have gone to Bucherer 1888 for my Rolex experience. Jeremey delivered my dream watch in an exceptionally timely manner and I can't praise him enough for his professionalism, courtesy, and overall outstanding customer service experience.

  I would be remiss not to let everyone know about the pleasant experience we had with Bucherer 1888 in Palm Beach. We had our favorite certified Rolex dealer in NY and when we moved, we were introduced to this South Florida store. We first spoke and then texted back and forth with Angelo our representative letting him know what exactly we were looking for. We then sat back and patiently waited for inventory. Once our timepiece arrived we made an appointment and had the pleasure of working with Angelo and Matthew in person. These gentlemen could not have been more friendly, hospitable and professional. The showroom is beautiful, bright and filled with many display items to waitlist or dream about. We welcome the opportunity to do business with them again. Enjoy!

  Just picked up my first Patek Philippe with Aidyl at Bucherer Palm Beach, and the experience was everything you’d hope for. From my very first visit Aidyl was welcoming and generous with her time — she walked me through the collection’s history, let me handle a range of references, and helped me identify what to look for and how to think about building the collection. Her approach is knowledgeable and completely no-pressure. Looking forward to continuing to build with Aidyl and the wonderful team here.

  Had a wonderful initial appointment at Bucherer 1888 in Palm Beach. I met the sweet Aidyl that explained all about Patek Philippe’s heritage and timepieces. I was able to try several models and able to register my interest. I was so pleasantly surprised when I was called by Aidyl to tell me the piece was available and ready to be picked up.Aidyl was so thorough and explained the entire process in detail. My husband and I were so pleased she made it such a special occasion. So happy with my beautiful watch and the entire experience.

  I recently called Bucherer 1888 in Palm Beach to check on two Rolex watches (Blue Sky Dweller Jubilee and Date Just Wimbledon Jubilee) that I had put my name on the interest list three years prior. I spoke with Bjorn who was professional, friendly, and took his time explaining to me about the process and that the original salesperson I initially met with no longer worked there. I have been to two other Bucherer stores in SoFL. and they were extremely rude. I 100% recommend Bjorn and Bucherer Palm Beach. You can tell they truly care about their customers and treat everyone with respect. I hope one of my watches come in soon. Thanks again for everything Bjorn. R. Mohammed.
