  My experience with Tiffany & Co. at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall has been incredibly disappointing. I brought in a watch that I have treasured for more than 20 years for what I believed would be a straightforward repair. Instead of simply addressing the issue, the watch was returned with original components that had not been damaged removed and replaced. Even more concerning, one of those replacement parts appears to be a replica or incompatible component that neither matches the original nor functions properly. Since then, I have made multiple trips to the store seeking answers and a resolution. Unfortunately, each visit has resulted in inconsistent information, a lack of accountability, and no meaningful effort to resolve the problem. Rather than feeling like a valued customer, I have felt dismissed and continuously given the runaround. For a luxury brand with Tiffany & Co.’s reputation and premium price point, I expected a far higher standard of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer care. I was never asking for a replacement watch or anything beyond what was reasonable. I simply wanted my watch repaired correctly and returned with its original quality and integrity preserved. What makes this experience so frustrating is that a watch I entrusted to Tiffany in excellent condition, aside from the original repair, now contains a replacement part that is inferior to what was originally there. That is unacceptable for any service provider, let alone a brand synonymous with luxury and excellence. I am sharing my experience because I believe potential customers should understand that exceptional products should be matched by exceptional service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with the Tiffany & Co. location at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall, FL.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring from this location and she bought one for me. When going to pick up the ring they gave my girlfriend the ring that I was proposing with. They showed her the box, ring and engraving. To fix this astronomical mistake they gifted us a free necklace that my girlfriend was going to give me to as a Christmas gift. I didn’t know what she had picked out or the engraving on it. This store proceeded to send ME the confirmation email that included the necklace and engravings thus ruining not only our proposal but the Christmas gift as well. Rebecca, the store manager/ supervisor told us she was going to put her head in a wall and that there was nothing else she would do for us. Mind you they give a free gift for misspelling an engraving. We called corporate who hung up on us and refused to call us back. Who then called us and said they refuse to fix their mistake. I was supposed to propose next week. Now not only has my proposal been completely ruined I now have to return the rings due to the negative experience surrounding them. Thank you Tiffany’s and Rebecca for ruining what was supposed to be the best day of my life.

  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! From the moment you step in you are greeted and welcomed. They take care of you from start to finish and read you with so much kindness and respect. The staff is delightful, charming, and educated. I can't say enough words on how amazing I feel walking through those doors and knowing I am welcomed.

  what can I say Tiffany's is Tiffany's if you want to spend the money they'll be glad to take it from you but this stuff is really beautiful
