Taylor initially helped me and was incredibly kind and reassuring, promising to take care of the issue. While Taylor was away on PTO, I stopped by the store and was assisted by Makayla, who was just as kind, helpful, and attentive. She truly saw the situation through to the end and made sure my sunglasses were replaced. It’s so refreshing to experience a team that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to help when issues arise. I’m very grateful to both Taylor and Makayla for their exceptional customer service and support. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.
