She introduced me to 111SKIN and helped me build a customized routine that fit both my budget and what I was looking for. Great service, great recommendations, and a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I came in today needing a bit of help, but the only employee I saw was walking round and round in circles, muttering to herself like she was lost in her own world. Not one word to the customers, not one offer to help. In my day, you greeted people when they walked through the door and you actually worked. I won’t be coming back if that’s the service you’re giving now. Very unprofessional, and frankly, a bit concerning to watch.

On a weekend bought a shirt in the store, they didn’t have my size and ordered it for me to pick up a couple days later in the store. I drove 25 minutes to get the shirt to find out the salesman sent to another store that was another additional 20 minute drive. The customer representative never said sorry, their response was I should drive to the other store or wait till they could ship it to the original. She was surprised that I canceled the order. There are so many stores all selling the same products, the poor service at Nordstrom just means I will shop somewhere else in the future. I foresee bankruptcy for them too in the future.

My daughter was looking at strollers and car seats and Josh was amazing at explaining all the different types options and features. He was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend him if you are researching these options.
