I already knew exactly which one I wanted to try on, but all the women in the store keep following you around—it’s like they think you’re going to steal something. The woman from Lancôme coughed at the guy who works at Charlotte Tilbury while I was looking at the products, as a “sign” to warn him. First and last time—because I felt awful in that store. If I could give 0 stars, I’d give -10. I can’t believe they have staff who are qualified to ensure we have good experiences.

I made an appointment at Nordstroms online, and met with Patricia (Patty) at the Nordstrom in Palm Beach Gardens. She provided me with bras to try on in order to see which fit was best b/c I was close to 2 sizes. I asked questions and conveyed my comfort and preferences. I was able to find bras that feel comfortable, fit well and look good under close fitting shirts. Thanks Patty! This is such an important thing for a woman to have done. JB
