  I came to the store yesterday and Keion I think he is a manager was very rude and nasty. He walked away from me when I asked a question as if he didn’t hear me. And when I asked if you guys did cash back at the register he huffed his breath and sucked his teeth with an attitude. Beals needs to do better with their management team, I was already having a bad day and he made it worse. I cried in my car.

  The worst experience I ever had in a clothing store! I am from out of state visiting my family and my first time in bealls was not pleasant. Cashiers had attitudes, workers outside in there car smoking not being professional and some were even loud and laughing on there phone to where the whole store can hear them. With the right management there must be courtesy for the customers that are shopping and spending money.

  The store manager, Donald, is very rude and often refuses to come to the front when there’s a Code 1. He is unprofessional in the way he communicates with employees and frequently uses excessive hand gestures when speaking, which can come across as disrespectful. His behavior makes it difficult to maintain a positive work environment.
