    The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the prices of their clothing is ridiculously high and every time you go in there, their clothing is either damaged or dirty or stained. The quality of their clothes is garbage. I’d much rather shop Lululemon.

    I cannot even explain how horrible of an experience I had here. Sara the store manager was so incredibly rude As was another store manager I dealt with. I even had to call customer service to complain. Typically Alo has the best customer service. If you have an opportunity to go to a different ALO store than this one I highly recommend doing so.

    I sent my husband into Alo to do a return for me. If you look up my profile (which I know they do when you do a return) you can see that I spend thousands of dollars at alo on a monthly basis. I have for years, and I’ve never done one single exchange or return over the years. Recently, I ordered the vintage pink jacket and skort and it said delivered but I never got it. I’ve gotten my neighbors mail and vise versa and so I know if they recieved it, they would’ve given it to me. I called customer service and they were so helpful and send a replacement. Unfortunately, I’m just a size 00 and ordered an XS and it was too big. When he went to return it the manager gave him a huge issue saying I didn’t pay for it (yes, I actually did) and then she said oh, this is the replacement for the one that got lost, and said got lost and did air quotations as if I lied. Like excuse me? Please be so glad it was my level headed husband doing the return and not me, because I’ve heard of alo employees being rude. I usually go to Boca mall and I’ve never experienced it. But, wow. That’s so rude. Why would someone who spends thousands of dollars there monthly and has NEVER even so much as done an exchange over the years lie about their package being stolen? Was I just supposed to keep a set for $319 that didn’t fit? Learn how to treat people. You work in customer service, you work in hospitality. You don’t talk to people like that. No wonder your store is rated a 3. Get some manners.

    First time at a ALO store. We walked into this store genuinely excited. We’ve never shopped at Alo before, but we’ve spent plenty at Lululemon and wanted to see what the hype was about. We came ready to spend a good amount of money as you know their prices are more than Lululemon or skims. Instead, we experienced one of the most rude and indifferent retail environments I’ve seen in a long time. There were over five staff members on the floor on a slow evening — and only three other customers in the entire store. Not one employee greeted us, offered assistance, or even made eye contact. My wife and I were in the store for a full 15 minutes holding multiple items in our hands. Not one person offered to start a fitting room. Not one asked if we needed sizing help. Not one acknowledged our presence. At one point, while standing there clearly ready to purchase, we said, “Is there someone who can help us with a fitting room?” as employees casually walked past and ignored us. Still nothing. We dropped all the items on the table and left. I have never been so angry and upset by retail service before. It was almost impressive how coordinated the indifference felt. They should fire every staff member in the store because from management down it’s clear the attitude is widespread. For a brand that positions itself as premium and lifestyle-driven, the service was abysmal. If you want to understand what strong retail culture looks like, observe Lululemon. Their teams engage. They care about the customer experience. They protect the brand. Here, it felt like a group of people collecting a paycheck and waiting for their shift to end. If Alo is comfortable with this level of apathy — especially toward well-dressed customers clearly ready to spend a significant amount of money — then that says a lot about the company’s standards. We walked out without buying a single item. We will not be returning.
