Went in here to purchase a Men’s sweatshirt. I tried a few things on, made the purchase, gave them my email. Then I visited another Alo in NYC for the second time ever, and when typing in my email I find out my name is in there as “Rae P”. My name is Pat. Do with that what you will.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I came to Alo to exchange a gift and ended up buying something else too. I had the gift receipt and everything, but instead of giving me store credit or processing the exchange, the employee refunded the item to the original purchaser’s card. It was a gift, so I didn’t receive the refund. Then he claimed I had said I didn’t want the item, which is simply not true. The manager wasn’t willing to fix the situation either. Just wanted to share how disappointing the customer service was today.

What an awful experience at Alo. Won’t be returning back. Staff was so rude and unhelpful. At lululemon everyone is so friendly and helpful.
