I had the gift receipt and everything, but instead of giving me store credit or processing the exchange, the employee refunded the item to the original purchaser’s card. It was a gift, so I didn’t receive the refund. Then he claimed I had said I didn’t want the item, which is simply not true. The manager wasn’t willing to fix the situation either. Just wanted to share how disappointing the customer service was today.
