- CKCory Kent2 days ago2.0Absolutely MISERABLE customer service when dealing with bass pro OR FedEx. When speaking about delayed or lost shipments!! If they tell you, it’s gonna be there Wednesday and it doesn’t come Wednesday. They literally tell you that you have to wait five full days almost an entire week before you can do anything about it. On top of that, Bass Pro can’t tell you anything about the location of your package or the estimated delivery time. And while this may be hard for you to believe, guess what!? FedEx won’t tell you and can’t tell you either. So you’re just left helpless after you made your order and you were promised that it would be there and 48 hours to wait seven or eight days and have Bass Pro and both FedEx tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. MISERABLE. THREE OUT OF FOUR ORDERS AND LESS THAN TWO MONTHS DELAYED OR LOST ITEMS. THAT’S A 75% FAILURE RATE IF ANY OF YOU ARE WONDERING.

The woman last week were amazing, but this guy was very rude. If I knew you can’t ask questions. I would have waited. I bring my clients here ever week to see the feeding. It was really interesting the first time because the trainers interact with the audience. It’s boring today.

Couldn’t even find anyone in the general area. So I left and bought them on line. Retail is done. Sad.
