The guy that came out to collect it started throwing a fit about "nobody is going to buy this stuff, I'll just take it and throw it away" then proceeds to pick up a Scout learning animal and complained that it was garbage because it was ripped, we showed him that the toy wasn't ripped, the pouch where the battery goes was open. He proceeded to tell us that it was still trash because it couldn't be cleaned. This is the absolute last time that I will be making a donation to them. Goodwill, do better and stop hiring ignorant/trashy people. Definitely just lost customers.

I understand service animals allowed into stores but people shouldn't bring their personal pets into stores.And unfortunately, the people who work here can't do anything about it.It is a corporate issue.Dogs that pee and poop in the store is not very hygienic place to shop
