  Nice shop. I was actually really surprised at the prices. They were cheaper than I thought they would be. Very well organised and could find everything I was looking for. Paying was the only let down. They have 15 tills and only 4 people actually serving do the line was massive

  Qué decepción nos llevamos en esta tienda, a la que hemos asistido todos los años y donde siempre hemos realizado compras importantes. En esta ocasión, nuestra experiencia fue completamente diferente y muy desagradable. Nos sorprendió y nos indignó presenciar la falta de respeto y el trato inapropiado de uno de sus supervisores, llamado Luis (alto, blanco, latino, pelo negro enrulado, con aires de superioridad), hacia personal de la tercera edad. Consideramos totalmente inaceptable que una persona en una posición de supervisión trate a empleados mayores con maltrato, humillación y falta de consideración. Independientemente del cargo que ocupe, todos los empleados merecen ser tratados con respeto y dignidad. Esperamos que la gerencia tome esta situación con la seriedad que merece. Como clientes que hemos apoyado esta tienda durante años, nos llevamos una gran decepción y esperamos que este tipo de comportamiento no vuelva a repetirse. What a disappointment this store has been to us. We have been coming to this store every year and have always made significant purchases. This time, however, our experience was completely different and very unpleasant. We were shocked and outraged to witness the disrespectful and inappropriate treatment by one of the supervisors, named Luis (tall, white, Latino, with curly black hair and an air of superiority), toward elderly employees. We find it completely unacceptable for someone in a supervisory position to treat older employees with mistreatment, humiliation, and a lack of consideration. Regardless of their position or title, every employee deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We hope management takes this situation seriously. As customers who have supported this store for many years, we are extremely disappointed and hope this type of behavior does not happen again.
