- HMHannah MarieJun 1, 20191.0Who I assume was the manager was extremely rude. A girl who was working at the time of our visit opened a drawer beneath the display and told us we were free to browse in it. When the manager came by and saw it he angrily said something along the lines of “this is our stock drawer it’s only for us”. We let him know that the woman told us otherwise, but that was fine and we understood. Instead of apologizing for her mistake and moving on, he chose to repeat himself that she was new and wrong and we were not to be in it. We chose to purchase elsewhere and won’t be back. I recommend the man check his attitude if he plans on remaining in a sales/customer service position. You are far from from nice and should probably be behind the scenes if you can’t learn to properly handle your stress or emotions. Hopefully the girl, who was extremely kind and made a simple mistake won’t face the brunt of his bad mood.
