- MLMs Jovee LightbourneSep 23, 20261.0⭐ 1-Star Review | Sunglass Hut – Orlando, FL (Vineland Ave.) I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my husband and I received at this Sunglass Hut location. On September 22, 2026, we visited the store to purchase a pair of Prada glasses for my 80-year-old father. Before making the purchase, we specifically asked the sales representative, Fabian, whether the glasses could accommodate progressive prescription lenses. He assured us that they could and further stated that Sunglass Hut had a partnership with LensCrafters that would allow us to receive 40% off the prescription lenses. However, when we arrived at LensCrafters, we discovered that the information Fabian provided was not accurate. We felt misled and believe this information was given to us simply to secure the sale. To make matters worse, when we called Sunglass Hut to address our concerns and requested to speak with a manager, Fabian informed us that he was the manager. My husband and I have been loyal Sunglass Hut customers and recently spent over $500 at a Sunglass Hut location in Charlotte just a month ago. We have never experienced this level of customer service from the company, and we certainly did not appreciate being given misleading information to influence our purchasing decision. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when making a purchase based on specific needs and promises made by a sales representative. This experience has left us extremely disappointed, and I hope Sunglass Hut takes this matter seriously.
