  I bought two pair of eyeglasses in your store. One I was able to take home that day. The others were supposed to be sent to me by mail. I have never received it that I’ve been trying to call your company for two weeks now and I have not gotten an answer from anyone who do I contact in order to handle this problem?

  I absolutely love this store. It’s one of the few places that carries Chanel sunglasses, and I’ve been counting down the days until I could get back to Orlando to buy my very first pair. 🖤 I could have ordered them online, but no virtual try-on compares to seeing how they actually look in person. The experience was even better because my sales associate was amazing! She was originally from New York too, so we instantly connected. She even gave me some great information about relocating, which was such a nice bonus. Some purchases are just worth the wait—and this was definitely one of them. 😍🕶️✨

  Terrible experience with Sunglass Hut in the Millenia Mall. Never buy sunglasses from them I bought ray bans from them in August and when they broke and I went to the store to claim the year warranty and get half off the next pair they said they couldn't find me in the system. The funny thing was I had just bought a different pair from them the month before and registered at a different store and they couldn't find that pair either? So the manager took my name and information and said he will check some different ways and call me back with an answer in a day or two. Long story short I was never called back I was ready to spend $90 to get a new pair of ray ban's instead I walked down to ray ban's and spent $20 to repair my sunglasses. I will never shop at sunglass hut again very disappointed in their customer service!

  I've had pleasant customer service experiences at this shop, though my very expensive Dior sunglasses broke within weeks of purchase. They took the item back in spite of being "out of policy" and allowed me an even exchange.
