  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. My sister and I were calmly browsing sunglasses and chatting with each other when a staff member told us we could look but not talk — as if we were doing something wrong. We felt uncomfortable and unfairly judged. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and disappointing in a store that should welcome all customers with respect.

  I went in the store traveling for work from Chicago and met an extremely nice positive young lady employee there. Adele Simone, she was very helpful non pushy and very humble and polite. I highly recommend her. I spoke with her manager today and he was also very nice great store its one of the few left that’s run by a good team in 2025.

  This is a public acknowledgment of Assistant Store Manager… for Sunglass Hut MCO ..Tyler… This man superseded my customer experience… He welcomed me… with a very warm and polite greeting… wasn’t pushy at all… I then told him that I actually needed a possible repair of my Aviators by RayBan due to the nose holsters being damaged… Here’s the compelling reason why I made this testimonial… I didn’t have the glasses with me… I didn’t have proof of purchase… so what did he do?? Tyler, decided to offer me a complimentary set of all the nose holders that would fit the frame… as that specific product was discontinued… “WOW”!!! this was almost 4 months ago… Today, I return to the same store and he recalls our interaction and offers me a complimentary cleaning as I showed him my frames with bridge replaced… This time he replaces the other nose holder to make sure they matched and tightened up both arms… His demeanor was so subtle and unobtrusive… that he left me speechless!!! The best Customer Service experience I’ve ever had!!! Please visit this store and this individual.. you’ll never regret it!! Daniel Azure
