  The most lovely experience with Daniel this weekend! We were warmly greeted with kindness and sincerity. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me as I was having a wee bit of indecisiveness! He made a point to understand what style I was looking for. I never once felt pressured or anything of the sort. We were offered the most refreshing and delicious drink and ice cream while we decided on a handbag. The actual transaction was seamless. They wrapped my new handbag so beautifully and with such care. The experience could not have been better! Highly recommend.

  I had a wonderful experience at Saint Laurent, and Alline made it even more special. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made the entire shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service these days. Thank you, Alline, for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Walked in on July 4 to look at the purses. The customer service was OK however I felt extreme pressure to make a purchase. I ended up making a purchase on a bag that I later regretted after I left the store. Since I am not from Orlando. I drove back to Jacksonville and called customer service so that I could return the bag through the carrier that they chose. I then took the bag on July 6th that I never even opened at this point, still it wrapped in the original bag, into fedex. They scanned my return label, handed me the receipt and proceeded to package the bag that I was returning. A day later I get a call from Jason the manager of the store in Orlando and he proceeds to tell me that the bag is damaged and that he will not be able to give me a refund. Granted, I never even opened the bag. He told me that the bag was creased and that it is now ruined yet they wouldn’t send me pictures of the bag. I proceeded to argue, but they would not bend and continue to tell me that a bag they had just told me in the store was very durable is now damaged and unreturnable because of the way it was packaged from FedEx. This is completely unacceptable. I ended up paying $5005 for the bag. I will never visit the store again please save your money and your time and your headache and go to Louis Vuitton or Gucci.

  I had a wonderful experience at the store, especially thanks to Alline, who assisted me with such kindness, attention, and professionalism. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, and it was even more special to discover that she speaks Portuguese and to be assisted in my own language. Alline made my entire experience so much more pleasant and memorable. Employees like her truly make a difference and deserve recognition and appreciation for the exceptional work they do. Thank you so much, Alline, for your kindness, attention, and outstanding service! I will definitely be back. ❤️

  YSL is and will always be one of my favorites . Sometimes with luxury brands you walk into the store and they judge right off the bat, how you look, what you’re wearing etc. but I’d be lying if I haven’t walked into YSL & been judged because I want to come to the mall comfortable & underdressed. But Selena is always a joy to work with I highly recommend going when she is there. Service is genuine and she is what separates YSL from other luxury brands. So thank you Selena for being you :)!
