The place had bugs and made me want to quit buying at thrift shops. There occasional clearance is sometimes good, but the bugs grossed me out.

Changed the pickup policy to same day. Had a big bag of clothes now they’re just gonna keep my stuff. Never selling again. I’ve dropped off and picked up the next day before. BS

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
Today I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life.
My family had to witness the shocking behavior of an employee who was completely unprofessional, unable to deal with customers, and acting totally out of control.
She had just made the store-wide announcement that all remaining customers should head to the registers because the store was closing. My son was simply looking at a pair of shoes displayed near the checkout. Apparently, though, my money was worth less than everyone else’s, because she suddenly turned to my family and repeatedly started yelling at us to get out of the store.
I told her I had heard the announcement, that I understood the store was closing, and that I was just taking one last look before leaving. At that point, she completely lost her temper, started shouting insults, and then she stated “I’m just a child” and that I wasn’t allowed to speak to her anymore, but even after saying that, she continued yelling at us and insult us.
No one should ever have to go through something like that.

I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews before wasting my time here. I brought in so much stuff, many items brand new or worn once. Free people, Abercrombie, Reformation, Revolve, you name it. They picked the most random items and gave me a few bucks. If you have nice stuff, take it elsewhere. Massive waste of time.

Per my interaction with the ladies at this location, dropping off the clothes to sell no issue… as I went to pick them up at 6pm 7/15/26 the women julise if that’s even her name.. was very rude. We waited in line to be helped. When it was our turn, she gave me and my partner a dirty look.. and presumed doing her own thing. I asked can you help us out, pointed to the women of color behind her and said she can … I said oh I tried as I’ve been waiting.. the other women was not responsible as julise denied service and then said “picking up oh ya I can help u “. She got me my stuff, as they denied the sale no issues she was very snobby and gave a very fake goodbye I asked for her name she smiled and giggled. NEVER have I felt so sorry in my life. She was not only rude but lacked integrity as I thought that’s what the company stood for. I felt judged and ignored. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to deal with rude service and be denied any assistance. Especially in selling items. Unfortunately I won’t be returning due to her actions. Hopefully the manager can give some thorough coaching to their girls.
