Desde el inicio, la actitud fue evidente: poca disposición, trato poco cordial y una clara falta de interés en atendernos. En lugar de recibir asesoría o apoyo para realizar la compra, percibimos prisa y desinterés, como si nuestra presencia fuera una molestia. Lo más preocupante fue que, en la práctica, se nos limitó la posibilidad de comprar. No hubo intención de mostrarnos opciones ni de facilitar el proceso, lo que generó una experiencia incómoda y frustrante. Un cliente no debería sentirse rechazado o ignorado al intentar realizar una compra. La atención recibida refleja una falta de profesionalismo y de enfoque en el servicio que afecta directamente la imagen del negocio. Definitivamente no es una experiencia que recomendaría. Espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar el trato al cliente y evitar que otras personas pasen por una situación similar.

I politely asked to be assisted by a specific salesperson, and she immediately responded, “he doesn’t speak Spanish.” I found this comment inappropriate and disrespectful. She made an assumption about my language abilities without knowing whether I speak English or not. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful to everyone, regardless of language. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.

Giovanni in particular was an absolute credit to the company. Exceptional service. The conversation whilst purchasing a t-shirt moved towards his new tech glasses. WOW!! Giovanni was so engaging, we may be looking to buy a pair at some point later this year. Thank you for brightening up our day.
